What You Need

Ready to Join?

We're looking for reliable, patient instructors who are passionate about road safety and helping learners succeed.

  • DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI)

    Fully qualified with a current green badge, or a trainee pink badge with appropriate supervision.

  • Dual-Controlled Vehicle

    A modern, well-maintained car with dual controls and valid business insurance.

  • Professional & Patient Attitude

    Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help nervous learners build confidence.

  • Available Across Greater Manchester

    Willing to cover one or more of our service areas in and around Manchester.

Is this a franchise or employed role?

We work with self-employed ADIs on a franchise basis. You keep control of your diary while benefiting from our marketing, branding, and pupil supply.

How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on your hours and package structure. Many of our instructors work flexibly and earn a strong full-time or supplementary income. We'll discuss exact terms during your interview.

Do I need my own car?

Yes, you'll need a modern, dual-controlled vehicle with valid business insurance and a clean, professional appearance.

What areas do you need instructors in?

We're actively looking for instructors across Greater Manchester, including Bolton, Bury, Salford, Stockport, Manchester city centre, and surrounding areas.
